Step-by-Step Flow
This is the current customer journey used for payment gateway verification.
Step 1
Choose an assessment
Visitors review the Career Assessment Test or Employability Test on the pricing page. Each assessment is a digital service with visible launch offer pricing.
Step 2
Create an account
The user registers as a Student or Job Seeker with name, email, and password before reaching the order summary.
Step 3
View order summary
After registration or login, the user reaches the payment page, where the selected assessment, amount, digital delivery terms, refund link, and support details are shown.
Step 4
Pay securely
Payment will be collected through Razorpay checkout after account activation. Supported methods include UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
Step 5
Access the assessment
After successful server-side payment verification, the user's assessment is unlocked. Payment is required before starting a new assessment attempt.
Step 6
Receive digital report
After completing the assessment, the user can view results in the dashboard and download the generated PDF report. No physical product is shipped.
Important Service Notes
Pragya does not guarantee a job, college admission, salary, scholarship, rank, or any specific career outcome. The report is advisory and intended to support informed decision-making.
There is no physical shipping. Access to the assessment is digital and starts after payment verification. Reports are generated digitally after assessment completion.
If Razorpay requests a hosted collection flow during activation, Pragya can use an official Razorpay Payment Page or Payment Link for the same assessment products and prices while keeping the website workflow and policies unchanged.
Reviewer Access
Payment gateway reviewers can use the demo login credentials shared privately in the Razorpay application notes to inspect the protected checkout and assessment flow.
