Pragya provides online career assessment and counselling guidance services. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This policy explains how assessment access and reports are delivered after payment.
No Physical Shipping
Since Pragya assessments and reports are digital services, no courier, postal shipment, tracking number, or physical delivery is involved.
Assessment Access
After successful payment through Razorpay checkout and server-side verification, the user's assessment is unlocked in the Pragya dashboard.
Report Delivery
The digital report is generated after the user completes the assessment. Results can be viewed on the dashboard, and a PDF report can be downloaded from the results page.
Delivery Timeline
Assessment access is normally available immediately after payment verification. Report generation starts only after assessment submission and depends on the user completing all required sections.
